Appointments & Cancellations
So that we may schedule your appointment more efficiently, we ask that you please make an appointment for all examinations. When speaking with the receptionist, please clearly express the nature of your medical problem so that we can provide you the appropriate amount of time for your appointment. This helps us schedule appointments so that less of your time is spent waiting to see the physician.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. This allows time to schedule other patients, who may need to be seen. Patients who fail to give 24 hours notice will be charged a missed appointment fee. If a patient misses three appointments without proper notification, the practice will be forced to end the physician/patient relationship.
